Our journey kicks off with an assessment of our current standing across the Five Building Blocks of Collaboration. From there, we'll craft individualized plans to enhance your capacity to lead, facilitate, design, and engage in collaborative efforts.

With only 10 available spots, act swiftly to secure your spot! All meeting dates are provided, with five sessions held virtually for your convenience. The bulk of the experience will involve personalized guidance from your collaboration coach and reflective journaling.

Upon completion, you'll possess an entirely revamped toolkit for navigating collaborations. Expect to cultivate fresh perspectives, language, and companions on your collaborative endeavors. This course marks a paradigm shift in how we approach our endeavors, as collaboration underpins everything we do.

AND you’ll receive a certificate of completion from the International Institute on Collaboration.

Key Take Aways:

  • Develop collaboration skills and become a stronger collaborator.
  • Assess our collaboration skills and learn how to see opportunities in co-collaborators.
  • Learn to design and lead more effective collaborations.
  • Learn a language and framework around collaboration, how we do it, and what to do if a collaboration isn’t going the way we expected.
  • Further develop facilitation, conflict resolution, and transformational leadership skills.
  • Time set aside for your personal and professional development. This program is time for you now and for your future self.

Gregg’s approach to building relationships with the cohort and individuals is the most underrated component of the course. It’s a welcoming space that nurtures the chance to bridge the emotional drivers (i.e. why we do this) which are often rooted in personal values with the realities of professional and real world constraints. Being able to exist in a space where people can share a tear over the maddening state of the world but also turn around and pitch a strategy and/or partnership is rare and in my honest opinion much needed.
