WHat is the Assessment?
This assessment identifies an individual’s ability to easily access, make use of, and adapt with the five building blocks of collaboration. The results of this assessment can be used to create development plans, set team goals and objectives, or any other way this data may serve an individual or team.

WHat is the collaboration network?
One of the perks of being involved with IIonC is the proximity to fellow change agents. Within our community, everyone brings unique insights and expertise to the table.
Our Collaboration Network a monthly gathering where people can come together to connect, share experiences, and offer support to one another. Each session provides an opportunity for members to submit scenarios they are currently facing in their work. A coach from IIonC will facilitate these discussions, guiding the group towards identifying various options and solutions. Not only does this format benefit the individual seeking assistance, but it also fosters learning and growth among all participating members.
Every month, our Meetup will focus on a specific building block, allowing us to delve deeper into its nuances and explore practical strategies for implementation. It's a collaborative space where we can collectively enhance our skills and drive positive change.
